RETURN POLICY & EXCHANGE POLICY
Pico & Salsa's will accept any returns for either exchange or store credit depending on the item. For instance all sales on closeout items are final. We want to make our customer's happy as well as money! That being said we want you to be successful selling our products, that means we are willing to work with you to make sure your happy with your merchandise.

PROCESING TIME
Pico and Salsa's will process and ship your order A.S.A.P unless otherwise specified. Usally an order will ship within 72 hours (business working days). Note that we are located in Northern California so the farther away you are from us, the longer the packages time-in-transit will be. Time in transit may vary depending on factors such as shipping location and shipping service used.
SHIPPING INFO
Our standard shipping method is FedEx Ground/Home service unless otherwise specifed. We also ship through the United States Postal Service as well as UPS. International, express, or shipments sent through other services such as USPS or UPS carry seperate fees. Will we contact you with the shipping info such as carrier/service used as well as shipping charges if alternate method is selected by the customer. You may specify an alternate method during the checkout process. For instance USPS is the most economical choice for all shipments to Puerto Rico and locations such as the Virgin Islands. Standard shipping charges are calculated depending on your order total. All orders over $750 recieve free shipping!
